Service Description
Keep your pet protected with our vaccination service – delivered in the comfort of your own home. We offer the recommended annual vaccines according to best practices to keep your pet healthy and safe from diseases. The service is only available in central areas of Kristiansand. This is a block appointment, and I will call you before I arrive.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 400 NOK will apply. If you do not show up (if no one opens the door or no one is home at the scheduled time), you will be invoiced the full service fee. Cancellations must be made via email or Facebook message. As the business is run by one person with limited time, phone calls cannot be accepted. Email and Facebook are more efficient for handling inquiries quickly and effectively. 2. Service Area GoVet currently offers services only in central Kristiansand. This includes areas such as Kvadraturen, Lund, Vågsbygd, Hånes, Søm, and similar. If you're unsure whether your address is within the service area, feel free to get in touch. 3. Payment Terms Payment is made after the service has been performed, and you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice will include a due date. If payment is not received by the due date, you will first receive a friendly reminder. If payment is still not received after 7 days, the case will be forwarded to collections. If free parking is not available near the address and I have to use paid parking, the cost will be added to the invoice. 4. Preparation for the Appointment Ensure that your pet is ready at the scheduled time. A person your pet trusts must be present to hold it—especially if the pet is large, nervous, or reactive. I will do my best to administer the vaccine, even in more challenging situations. However, if the pet shows aggression that makes it unsafe to proceed, the vaccine cannot be given. In such cases, you may be charged the full service fee. Vaccines can only be given to healthy animals. If your pet is sick or shows signs of illness, we may need to postpone the appointment. 5. Delays and Arrival Time Vaccines are given between 16:30 and 20:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays. I always do my best to be punctual, but delays may occur, especially near 20:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If I am more than 30 minutes late and have not informed you, please contact me. We will then find a solution or reschedule the appointment. In case of known delays, I will always try to contact you in advance.
